At AZAYA, we provide quality professional bilingual services without a strong accent in either language. We want to make sure we deliver your message, as you want it delivered. Translation is written and interpretation is spoken. They require two different sets of skills. Being bilingual is not sufficient to make you a translator or interpreter.
We have considerable experience providing interpretation in a variety of settings and have translated thousands of documents. We are committed to providing all clients with quality and accuracy. Not all English expressions make sense to Spanish speakers, or vice versa, even if translated correctly. Our translation and interpretation will bring your message across.
For written translations, send us the document you wish to have translated and let us know by when you need it. We will respond with a quote and a completion date. We will send you the finished product only after it has been meticulously proof read by our expert translators. We will respect your terminology yet provide a culturally relevant translation.
If we will be interpreting your event let us know if you will be discussing technical subjects. The most important support you can give your interpreter is written material for advance preparation. If possible, we recommend that you provide us with abstracts, copies of overheads or PowerPoints and/or guide us to any web sites that will provide background information.

The types of Language Services provided are:
Simultaneous Interpreting: Interpreter will listen to presentation and relay it in another language with no significant delay. With AZAYA, your simultaneous translation will be provided “under the radar”, quiet and unobtrusively so that all your guests will feel welcomed and never singled out.
Consecutive Interpreting: Presenter pauses at the end of each phrase to allow the interpreter to relay the information in the other language.
Document Translation: Written text is translated in writing into the target language. Translation is more than word substitution.
Proofreading: Documents and translations are proofread to assure a professional and accurate translation.
