Working with your staff, parents and community partners, we will prepare a community assessment to reflect your community needs and challenges. We will research and deliver to you a community assessment that reflects your programs accomplishments, uniquenesses and supporting data to determine and guide the next steps you should be taking and tie the findings into your agency's strategic plan.
Strategic Planning - Strategic planning is the core of the work of a business or organization. It is a critical tool for providing direction at all levels of the organization. Through the use of the SWOT analysis tool, we can assess the strengths and weaknesses of the organization and determine what is in place to move it forward and as well as identify the obstacles to be overcome to be successful.
Ongoing Monitoring Systems – Design or critical review of effectiveness of systems that allow you to fully monitor the delivery of comprehensive systems in accordance with the plethora of local, state and federal regulations your program has to comply with.
Internal Self Assessment – Do you need to try a different approach? Or, do your internal reviewers need training on how to conduct a self assessment? Our philosophy in terms of annual self assessments is that your internal reviewers should be more critical of your program(s) than any external reviewer. With the new federal regulations, the term “Review Ready” has never been more important.
Federal Review Preparation/ Technical Assistance - “The feds are coming…the feds are coming”. Is your staff ready? Do they feel confident and will they be able to present your program the way it deserves to be presented? We specialize in federal review preparation – we will provide workshops, training and technical assistance specifically tailored to meet your needs, thereby assuring all staff is ready.
Risk Management - Risk management is fundamental for the survival of every organization. It is essential to creating sustainable performance. Risk managers must use an integrative, agency-wide approach for managing risk, AZAYA will work with you to develop a comprehensive approach to identifying risks and setting in place control measures to avoid or reduce the likelihood of new risks.
